Subject:	SCOUG-Help: Making a Home Page...?

Thanks to all I have a homepage and am using Kompozer. However, when I
try to browse to my homepage I get a denial stating that anonymous user
access is denied. What must I do to correct this? I created my homepage
with roadrunner software in Windows, must I go back there to correct this?
