Larry Tawa has kindly shared one of his static Speakeasy IP addresses.
This provides a direct connnection to the Internet. When you view the
SCOUG website, you are connecting directly to the SCOUG server. Mailing
list messages are delivered directly to your ISP from the SCOUG server.
