Well, this is weird, given what you said before.  I 
have now run a test, printing out random pages -- 2 & 
3, then one from towards the end of the document -- 
with no problem at all.  Using OO 1.14 under eCS 
1.2GA, with a LaserJet 4 and appropriate driver for 
same.
