Well, first you need to find out if the issue is or is not platform  
specific.  Then you need to get the author's permission to send a copy of  
the document to the right place to get the failure analyzed by someone  
that works with the applicable part of the OOorg code.  
 
We've already everything needed to make sure the problem is not unique to  
your system.  At present, the issue appears to be LaserJet specific,  
although I can't really say why.  It could be a problem with the eCS/OS2  
LaserJet drivers or it could be something else.
