Butch's struggling reminds me on my experiments with =  
 
my just replaced Toshiba T4900CT from 1995.

Screen Resolution same as discussed here: 640x480 only !  
 
65K color option !!  
 
SDD / SNAP not usable since the Graphic Adapter memory was ways to  
small !!!  
 
 
Comparing with my new TP T30's SXGA resolution of 1400x1050 and 16M ;-)  
SNAP to come with my soon to come MCP 4.52 installation ;-))  
 
BUT: Now I need new reading specs for computer works ;-(
