I don't have a java131 directory on my laptop. 
I have a java11 directory with a \bin subdirectory, and that gives a java 
-version = 1.1.8. I also have a javaos2 directory with java -version = 
1.0.1 
The "about plug-ins" does say: 
Installed plug-in npoji6.dll 
Java Plug-in 1.3.0_01 for Netscape Navigator 
application etc OJI Plug-in Enabled=yes
