That's odd. I assume you are running the iptrace on the T61? True?
Have you compared the trace to a trace for a working setup.
Is there any possibility that you have two boxes with the same IP address.
I am assuming you are TCPBEUI only. No NETBUEI. True?

Have you checked HOSTS for conflicts?
