Have you thought about using one of those services that maintains a
linking to your travelling domain as it moves from IP to IP on your
ISP's systems? Several of my students use those and the service works
by monitoring your server when it sends a message to the service each
time it gets a new IP address. One team put a complete server setup on
a system at the owner's home, then brought the server in to school where
they plugged it back into the network and it appeared for all intents
and purposes like they were talking to a server in his living room
(while they were doing the presentation in a browser on another system.
The cost is either 0 or very minimal. v
If you want, I can email one of the team members and find out which one
they prefer using. Let me know.
