Are you saying that post-2002 vehicles are exempt ? If so, that might explain why I did not get a 'Smog Test Required' DMV renewal, on this 2nd. year of having the car, which was a bit of a pleasant surprise.

btw: Are you snowed in ? They were saying on the radio that a lot of the major roads in that area were shut down.
