Yes, ever since 1.1, IIRC. Look on CD2. You don't need to install the
full toolkit, unless you want to. The files you want are
\TOOLKIT\OS2TK45\BOOK

Put these somewhere in the BOOKSHELF path.
Create a program reference object with newview as the program and
cp1.inf+cp2.inf+cp3.inf as the parameters.
