I am looking for command line programs that will send a file as an email.  So far I have only found two that work.  One being the sendmail.exe client that
 comes with OS/2.  The other is mailto.exe program that comes with MR2ICE.
 There is another mailto.exe on HOBBES that externally looks similar to the
 MR2ICE mailto but it does not follow the current SMTP protocol so fails.
 
 
If you know of any others what are their names and hopefully a URL.
