SCOUG-Help: HTML Image Display Problem...?

I have three images set to display in an HTML file, but "nelson-bed.jpg"
will not display on the web, but will if the HTML file is run from the
local drive.
I cannot see what is wrong. The images were all sent as binary and show
up in the proper directory on my website. Can anyone help me? Here is
the code for FAMILY.HTML:
