Minor edits don't help. I have been using Lotus Wordpro to print it on my 
Laserjet. It does print without a problem on my Epson C60.

I have been reluctant to post the document because it is pretty big, and 
because I don't have the author's permission to really circulate it. 
However, I am posting it for research purposes, and I will trust that 
anyone who looks at it will respect the author's wishes. None of my other 
Word documents are causing a problem at this time. I have had problem Word 
documents in the past, but they are all gone now.
