No, it's not big. 28K is a small e-mail in the windows world.

This is definitely a curious document.  Even deleting all the text will  
not allow the orginal to print to a LaserJet.  Pasting the original text  
into a new document will allow the document text to print to a LaserJet.  
 
Have you tried to to print this document under OOorg for Linux or Windows?
