To paraphrase that commercial, I sure ain't no Guru . 
. . but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express a couple 
times.   
There is the Live Help Desk coming up again on Sunday, 
and they do have internet connectivity there . . . .  
So, you might as well give the Steves a go.
