Since that file belongs to the NT family -- 
specifically, to the boot loader files for NT, W2K, or 
XP -- I'm at a loss to understand why you would be 
seeing it in relation to a boot of eCS.  Unless you 
were running something like Acronis Selector or System 
Commander, and it was somehow getting confused as to 
just what OS you were booting . . . ?
