Is there a way to control windows that are open on the desktop that is
external to the window itself? I have several programs that start up
when I boot which leave themselves in the middle of the desktop. The
programs do not seem to support the "start minimized" parameter in the
program object.

What I would like to do is to run something at the end of the boot
process that would find certain windows and minimize them.

Does anyone know of such an animal? Thanks!
