I don't agree here.  I have had to ask my ISP to not filter any of my email 
because I was not getting all of my mail.  If you get email from a few people 
then it may work but for me I get a lot of email from around the world and some 
of it comes from ISPs that are not very good at keeping spammers off of their 
network.
