I suggest you to try following entry:  
 
 12341234,"- 12341234"  
 
where "12341234" yould be your ICQ number !  
 
the entry "- 12341234" represents the nick =  
 
and with the "- " in front of your ICQ number =  
 
it will stay on top or before all other entries !!  
 
As a hint:  
 
I am using ! or + or - or =3D as a grouping symbol ;-)  
Like this one has group sequences like:  
! for very important  
+ for important  
- for group x  
=3D for group y  
and the rest stay after these special settings ;-))
