For the latest release of FM/2, now freeware by Mark Kimes, visit:

 	http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/util/browser/fm2-3_02.zip

The FM/2 Utilities, which always were freeware,
contain an HPFS defragger, hpfsopt.

The Graham Utilities contain an HPFS defragger.
There is a "lite" (preview) version on Hobbes at:

 	http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/util/disk/gulite20.zip

which contains the defragger, hpfsdfrg.

I've mostly used the Graham Utilities, which I own. They are
text-mode and very similar to the Norton utilities of DOS days.
I like HPFSDFRG utility and use it often. I've not tried it on
LVM.
