Only one choice is listed for screen resolution.  It could be a language  
thing, not sure. The light on the pcmcia card is not on which signifies  
there is no connection to the network.  Reasons for non-connect are  
several, I would guess.  
 
I will do more reading and tinkering here.  I might even try a reinstall.   
Research says the normal person requires 66 repetitions to master a task.   
Now how many more times.............
