If you are responding to someone asking for help who
may not be a member of this list, be sure to use the
REPLY TO ALL feature of your email program.

John,

I'm still using Warp 4, not ECS, so this answer is from that perspective. Open the
SETUP.CMD file in a text editor, like the OS/2 System Editor, or The EPM. Look for the
line (add this line or correct it or verify that it's there):

	ifconfig lo 127.0.0.1

You will find the the file as follows: ?:/MPTN\BIN\SETUP.CMD

where "?:" is your boot drive on your system. Basically, the SETUP.CMD file IS the
TCP/IP Configuration Notebook.

put the command "unsubscribe scoug-help".

For problems, contact the list owner at
"rollin@scoug.com".
