Download the source and run untgzos2 (links are in previous message) 
    untgzos2 mtr-0.54.tar.gz 
then review the *.c files.  mtr.c has the command line options (as case 
statements) and there's a PrintHelp section.  report.c doesn't appear to 
have any alternate displays.  This is all code (the programmer seems to 
be comment-impaired) but it's pretty straightforward.  On the plus side 
is that it's apparently a port from Linux so there should be plenty of 
MTR users who can answer questions.
