In DOS it was something like FORMAT /MBR.  I thought OS/2 had FDISK  
/NEWMBR.  What does SYSINSTX do that FDISK /NEWMBR doesn't do?  
 
And what subdirectory is SYSINSTX in?  I can't find it.  (I'm using Warp  
4 FP 10 -- was SYSINSTX added since then?)
