Peter,  
SYSINSTX has been around for quite a while.  Steve Schiffman probably knows how  
far back it goes.  Apparently, it isn't included in your basic installation,  
but I found it on my emergency diskettes, so I suspect you would find it on the  
installation diskettes somewhere.
