What did you change to cause this to occur?

Or than it can't access mozilla.dll or a DLL it requires.

I suspect you did something to break the Netscape LIBPATH setting. The
directory containing mozilla.dll and the other netscape DLLs needs to be
in LIBPATH. For you, this will be:

H:\NETSCAPE\PROGRAM

>H:\netscape\program\netscape.exe.

That will work as long as you can do:

cd h:\mr2i
netscape

an Netscape starts.
