=2E.. is part of any OS/2 !!!  
 
Just do a PMSEEK for it and you'll find it twice !!  
You also find it on the Installation Disk (0) of OS/2 !

Peter,  
SYSINSTX has been around for quite a while.  Steve Schiffman probably  
knows how  
far back it goes.  Apparently, it isn't included in your basic  
installation,  
but I found it on my emergency diskettes, so I suspect you would find  
it on the  
installation diskettes somewhere.
