System Commander 2000 will boot eCs just like it booted Warp 4. I took
a 10G HDD that had C: as FAT16 holding DRDOS and W9X. The rest is a
single extended; D-G. I put eCs on E: where Warp 4 used to be.

It actually boots better than Warp 4 did. On this machine only, Warp
would only appear on the SC boot menu if it was not the last OS that was
booted. SC now works properly every time.

Boot Manager is not active. It is just something to pay homage to
during install and then get out of the way.

My confusion about LVM was because I did not quite understand what it
is. I had never encountered the term LVM or Logical Volume Manager
during an eCs install. Is Installation Volume Manager part of it?
