I need a command line utility that will open a text file and allow me to
scroll through it (both forwards and backwards), and optionally to
search for the first occurrence of a string when the file is opened (and
possibly search for additional occurrences of the string by pressing F1
or somesuch).

For example, typing

scrlsrch SkyePhoneNumbers.txt

would open the SkyePhoneNumbers.txt file and allow me to scroll through
it, and typing

scrlsrch SkyePhoneNumbers.txt attorney

would open the file and automatically scroll to the first occurrence of
"attorney".

Does anyone know of such a command line utility?
