One additional thing you may need to worry about in the 1024(?) cylinder  
limitation.  You can get around this easily enough by creating a relatively  
small partition at the beginning of the drive (where OS/2 gets installed) and  
another partition for the rest of the space.  My memory is hazy on why this  
limitation exists, but I think it may have something to do with IDE firmware.
