It helps me here.  
 
I currently have DirecTV DSL, and they're shutting down the service.  
 
I need to find a new provider (I'm STILL retaining my old ISP), and  
they've made arrangements for SBC-Yahoo! to be the preferred one in the  
area.   
 
This helps me with the questions that I need to ask.
