I have MR/2 ICE version 2.35 as well. I am using Mozilla 1.3a and I am
having the same problem you described. My experience is limited to just
putting "Mozilla" in the External Utilities Web Browser window replacing
Netscape. When executing RMB on a URL, there is an instantaneous view of
the Netscape splash window and nothing more.
