How ?  Be specific, even step-by-step.  My attempts to do this never got anywhere.  Are you  
talking NS 4.61 here, or Mozilla ?  Maybe I'm just more obtuse than I should be, much of the  
time.  Or possibly my ISP won't accept anything outgoing (to Mail *or* News) that does not  
exactly match the I.D. for my account / Profile . . . .
