That would be my assumption, especially for FP13+.  I suspect this is  
simply the typical IBM verbiage.  BIM certifies that the driver to work on  
WSeB, and if it does not and if you have a support contract, they will  
help you troubleshoot the problem and maybe even fix it.  However, that  
does not mean the driver will not work elsewhere.
