re: savedskf and loaddskf   
 
I've used these before to make an image of a floppy   
and they are very slick, but simple.  
 
The same executable runs under DOS or OS/2!    
That means you can run them in a Win9x DOS window,  
(but not from the Start --> Run dialog window).   
 
It's a great way to "email a floppy"!
