Here is the file list from the Partition Magic boot disk:

 CHKDSK EXE 59471 2-27-98 7:02a A
 COMMAND COM 66657 4-05-00 5:01aHSRA
 CONFIG SYS 484 4-05-00 5:01a A
 DISPLAY SYS 3877 2-27-98 7:02a A

 IBMBIO COM 29594 2-27-98 7:02aHSRA
 IBMDOS COM 30720 2-27-98 7:02aHSRA
 KEYB COM 12187 2-27-98 7:02a A
 MODE COM 16025 2-27-98 7:02a A
 NWCDEX EXE 21756 2-27-98 7:02a A
 PARTINFO EXE 379332 4-05-00 5:01a A
 PTEDIT EXE 494922 4-05-00 5:01a A

Can I indeed just unhide the hidden files, zip, unzip, and recopy
to a new floppy? I thought there was something special about a
boot disk that is not reflected in the file listing. Please
educate me.
