The capability I was referring to included Yahoo and MSN services.  They  
were asking me questions about what capabilites I wanted, how much I'd be  
willing to pay, if anything, for including each of the various services,  
etc.

I think so.  but, then again, many times that's code for the "supported"  
clients,  I don't know enough about ICQ.
