I typically keep the top half of the default Warp icon, then on the  
bottom half use a two-letter code to indicate what the folder is or what  
the program does.  Two letter codes are how I did it in my DOS days and,  
well, why change?  
 
For example, my QuadLines folder icon has QL on the bottom half while my  
SCOUG folder icon uses SG.  Sometimes I use more than two characters; my  
"create a 10x6 OS/2 window" icon (it runs a .cmd file which creates the  
window) has "10x6" on the bottom half.
